2010—2012年深圳市西乡街道企业职业病危害因素检测结果 被引量:1

Analysis of detection result of occupational hazard factors in Xixiang Street of Shenzhen City from 2010-2012

摘要 目的了解深圳市西乡街道企业职业病危害现状,探讨防治对策,为各级政府和卫生部门制定职业卫生服务政策提供依据。方法对深圳市西乡街道2010—2012年工矿企业职业病危害因素监测结果进行分析,采用Excel录入数据,利用SPSS 18.0进行统计分析。结果 2010—2012年该街道企业职业病危害因素检测总合格率为76.46%,其中粉尘类最高,为97.05%;其次是化学毒物,为96.19%;物理因素最低,为28.69%。不同危害因素检测中,二甲苯合格率最高,为99.78%;其次分别是苯、正己烷、甲苯、粉尘、三氯乙烯,合格率分别为99.52%、98.70%、98.59%、97.05%和87.04%;噪声合格率最低,只有28.69%。结论西乡街道工矿企业职业病危害因素以有机溶剂(三苯、正己烷、三氯乙烯)和噪声为主,其中对三氯乙烯和噪声的治理控制效果较差,检测合格率较低,用人单位应加强对三氯乙烯和噪声职业病危害因素的治理和控制。 [ Objective] To understand the status of occupational hazard in enterprises in Xixiang street of Shenzhen City, explore the prevention measures and provide the basis for government at all levels and health department to make occupational health service policy. [Methods] The detection results of occupational hazard factors were analyzed in industrial and mining enterprises in Xixiang street of Shenzhen City during 2010-2012, the Excel software was used in data entry and SPSS 18.0 software was used in statistical analysis. [Results] The total qualified rate of detection results was 76. 46% ,the dust qualified rate was highest of 97. 05% ,followed by chemical toxicant of 96. 19% and the physical factor was lowest of 28. 69% . Among different hazard factors detection, the dimethylhenzene qualified rate was highest of 99. 78% ,followed by benzene, normal hexane , methylbenzene , dust and trichloroethylene that the qualified rates were 99. 52% ,98. 70% ,98. 59% ,97. 05% and 87. 04% respectively, and the noise qualified rate was lowest of 28.69%. [Conclusion] The main occupational hazard factors in industrial and mining enterprise of Xixiang street were organic solvent (benzene, methylbenzene, dimethylbenzene ,normal hexane, trichloroethylene) and noise. The control effect of trichloroethylene and noise was worst and the detection qualified rate was lower. The enterprise should strengthen the management and control of occupational hazard factors of trichloroethylene and noise in future.
