摘要
目的建立空气中三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、苯系物的毛细管气相色谱法。方法利用毛细管色谱柱,采用FID检测器同时测定三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、苯系物。结果在测定条件下,各组分检出限在0.01-4μg/ml;RSD在1.0%-5.0%之间,回收率在91.8%~98.9%之间。结论该方法分离效果好,精密度高,分析时间短,适合工作场所作业环境空气监测的要求,结果令人满意。
[ Objective] To establish the method for determination of chloroform , ethyl acetate , acetone and benzene in the air by gas chromatography. [Methods] Using capillary column, simultaneous determination of chloroform, ethyl acetate, acetone, benzene was performed with FID detector. [Results] Under the determination conditions, the detection limit of each component ranged from 0.01- 4μg/ml; RSD was 1-5% , the recovery rate was 91. 8-98. 9%. [Conclusion] The method has good separation, high precision, short analysis time and satisfactory results, and meet the operating environment requirements in workplace.
