Analysis of the result of HIV / AIDS surveillance among men who have sex with men in Liuzhou city from 2007 to 2011

目的分析柳州市2007—2011年男男性接触者(MSM,men who have sex with men)艾滋病(AIDS)综合监测结果,了解柳州市MSM人群AIDS流行状况和影响因素,为制定行之有效的行为干预措施提供科学依据。方法分析柳州市5年间6次MSM人群(AIDS)综合监测结果。结果 2007—2011年柳州市共调查MSM人群1 662人,6次监测人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染率分别为0.80%、2.92%、1.33%、1.59%、3.67%和4.38%,HIV感染率呈上升趋势,2011年HIV感染率较2007年显著上升,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.58,P=0.010);调查对象AIDS相关知识全部回答正确率、最近一次男男性行为安全套使用率、每次性行为都使用安全套的比例均为先升后降,未能有效体现AIDS干预效果。结论柳州市MSM人群中HIV监测阳性率呈上升趋势,而AIDS相关知识知晓率、安全套使用率等均在下降,高危行为仍然存在。知识与行为的"背离"以及敏感问题"回避"现象普遍,这些现象意味着针对MSM的HIV防治措施及综合监测工作质量有待进一步完善。

[ Objective] To analyze the monitoring result of HlV in MSM from 2007 to 2011, and investigate the epidemic status of HIV / AIDS among MSM and its influencing factors, in order tostandard the quality control of monitoring and increase the reliability of result. [Methods] To analyze the six monitoring result of HlV in MSM in five years. [Result] 1662 people take part in these investigate, the six infection ratio were 0. 80% ,2. 92% ,1. 33% , 1. 59% ,3. 67% and 4. 38% ,presented rising trend, compare with 2007, the infection ratio was rising remarkably in 2011, the difference had statistics meaning（ x2 = 6.58 ,P = 0.010） . The right ratio of answering HIV related knowledge, the ratio of using condom in MSM in recently, the ratio of using condom in every sexual behavior and the detection ratio of HIV were rised firstly and then down, while do not reflct the intervene result of HIV. [Conclusion] The positive ratio of HIV was rising obviously, but the knowledge ratio of HIV, the ratio of using condom were descend, the highrisk behavior existed still. The knowledge deviate from the behavior and avoid the sensitive problem which mean to perfect the prevention and cure measures and comprehensive monitor of HIV for MSM.
