摘要
在综述我国几类常见食品添加剂滥用现状的基础上,进一步阐述防腐剂、二氧化硫残留、甜味剂、膨松剂对人体健康的危害,特别是食品添加剂对儿童的危害,并从以下几个方面提出减少危害的相应对策建议:①完善食品添加剂的标准体系建设;②加强食品添加剂安全性的研究;③完善处理食品添加剂滥用引发突发公共卫生事件的应急预案;④积极引导舆论宣传。
Based on the current situation of abuse of some common food addictives in China, it describes the potential hazards of preservatives, sulfur dioxide, sweeteners and leavening agent in this paper, especially the hazards of food additives on children. It also proposes the following countermeasures and suggestions： ①to perfect the standard system of food additives i CIDto strengthen the research on safety of food additives ; ②to improve the response plan for public health emergencies caused by food addictive abuse i @to guide the public opinions actively.
