摘要
目的 观察川芎嗪 (TMPR)对不同状态下脑细胞内游离钙离子浓度的影响。方法 分离新生大鼠大脑皮层细胞 ,用Fura 2 /AM作为荧光指示剂 ,测定静息状态和激动剂存在时脑细胞内 [Ca2 +]变化。结果 川芎嗪0 0 1mmol/L和 0 .0 3mmol/L对高钾 (4 0mmol/L)及去甲肾上腺素 (NA :10 -6mmol/L)引起的脑细胞内游离钙离子浓度增高有明显的抑制作用。结论 川芎嗪对KCl和NA所致的新生大鼠脑细胞内 [Ca2 +增加有阻滞作用。
Objective To observe the effect of tetramethylpyrazine (TMTR) on the intracellular free calcium of the isolated cerebrum cortical cells of newborn rat. Methods The concentration of intracellular free calcium in the cells was determined by the fluorescence detector with an indicator, Fura 2/AM, either existing or un existing of the agonists, potassium chloride and noradrenaline (NA). Resuls TMTR significantly depressed dose dependently the intracellular free calcium increase induced by KCl(40 mmol/L) and NA(10~6 mmol/L) in the newborn rat brain cells. Conclusions TMTR can block the increase of intracellular free calcium on the rat brain cells.
