电镀时间对无机熔盐法制备钢基镀铝层形貌特征的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在AlCl3-NaCl-KCl三元无机熔盐体系中,以1070工业纯铝为阳极,Q235钢为阴极,150℃下电镀处理,获得了银白色的镀层,镀层完整、均匀。并且研究了电镀时间对镀层形貌的影响。经SEM和EDS分析表明,镀层主要成分是金属铝的晶粒。从SEM照片来看,在一定的电流密度下,随着电镀时间的增加,晶粒尺寸呈逐渐增大的趋势。晶粒长大过程中,相邻的晶粒相互连接起来,其界限逐渐变得不清晰,形成了体积较大的不规则板块状结构。 The silver--white electrodeposited coating on Q235 steel was obtained by electrodepositing in inorganic molten salt of AlCl3--NaCl--KClwith 1070 aluminum as anode at 150℃ , and the influ- ence of electrodepositing time on surface morphology of aluminum coating was studied. The coating is integrated and well--distributed. The SEM and EDS analysis shows that the main component of the coating is aluminum particles. SEM photo shows that, with the same current density, the volume of aluminum particles increase with the increasing of electrodepositing time density. In the process of particle growth, the adjacent particles connect each other and form irregular--shaped plate structure.
