摘要
为研究抗CD3单抗和供鼠骨髓细胞输注对小鼠皮肤移植存活的影响 ,在抗CD3单抗作用下 ,从供鼠C57BL/ 6中分离提取骨髓细胞液 ,移植术后注入受鼠BALB/C中 ,观察对异基因皮肤移植存活的影响。结果 :骨髓组移植皮肤平均存活时间 (MST)为 1 5.6d ,抗CD3单抗组为 1 0 .1d ,正常对照组为 7.7d。结果提示 。
WT5BZ]The research is to study the influence on mouse skin graft survival with anti CD3 antibody and donor bone marrow infusion. Under the effect of the immunosuppression of anti CD3 antibody, bone marrow cell suspensions were extracted from donor strain C57BL/6 and injected into recipient BALB/C after skin allograft. The MST is 15.6 d for the bone marrow group, 10.1 d for the anti CD3 group and 7.7 d in the contrast group respectively. The donor specific bone marrow infusion could improve the skin graft survival under the immunosuppression.
