关节镜下跨后纵膈入路治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折

摘要
后交义韧带损伤的手术指征相对保守，但对于后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折通常建议手术治疗，与保守治疗相比，手术治疗获得了更好的临床效果[1-3]。对于后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折，切开手术通常使用后正中或后内侧入路[1-6]。
