膀胱灌注济南假单胞菌苗的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON BLADDER PATHOLOGICAL CHANGES AFTER IRRIGATING PSEUDOMONAS JINANESIS VACCINE

目的 :观察灌注济南假单胞菌苗 (PJV)后膀胱病理改变 ,为其膀胱灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤提供理论依据。方法 :兔膀胱灌注PJV ,显微镜下观察兔膀胱病理改变 ,并进行图像分析。结果 :PJV兔膀胱内灌注后引起以淋巴细胞浸润为主的免疫炎症反应 ,淋巴细胞浸润可达粘膜 ,或深达浅肌层。计算机图像分析显示PJV 2ml组淋巴细胞数明显高于PJV 1ml组和空白对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,与卡介苗组无明显差别 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :PJV作为一种免疫调节剂可通过膀胱灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤或预防膀胱肿瘤复发。

Objective:To observe the pathological changes in bladder after irrigating pseudomonas jinanesis vaccine(PJV) and provide theoretical basis for bladder cancer treatment.Methods::After PJV irrigation in rabbit bladders,pathological changes in bladder were observed and images were analyzed.Results:Immunological inflammatory reaction in which lymphocyte infiltration played an important role was induced after irrigation.Lymphocyte infiltration reached not only submucosa layer but also muscular layer.Image analysis showed that lymphocytes in PJV 2ml group were more than those in control or PJV 1ml group and had no significant difference with those of BCG group.Conclusion:PJV as an immunomodulator may be used in the treatment and prevention of bladder cancer through bladder irrigation.
