摘要
目的 :研究超抗原 (SAg)对膀胱肿瘤的抑癌效应。 方法 :采用已建立T739小鼠皮下可移植性膀胱肿瘤模型 60只 ,随机分为SEA组 ,BCG组和生理盐水组。观察治疗后各组的肿瘤重量和存活时间。结果 :SEA组小鼠肿瘤重量 ( 0 65± 0 .18g)明显低于生理盐水组 ( 4 2 8± 0 .86g) (P <0 0 1) ,抑瘤率为 84 7% ;小鼠存活期 ( 2 3 1± 2 .4 7d)比对照组 ( 18 6± 1.50d)延长 (P <0 0 1) ,存活延长率为 2 4 1% ;与BCG组比较 ,抑瘤率与存活延长率均无明显差异 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :超抗原做为一种新型高效的抗肿瘤生物制剂对膀胱癌有明显的抑癌效应。
Objective:To study the anti tumor mechanism anti bladder tumor effects of SEA.Methods:Subcutaneous tumor model was established in T 739 mice by implanting BTT 739 bladder transitional cancer cells.60 mice were randomly divided into SEA,BCG and saline groups.Tumor weight and survival time of each group were recorded after treatment .Results:Tumor weight of SEA group( 0.65 ±0.18g)was lower than that of saline group(4.28±0.86g)(P<0.01),the inhibition rate was 84.7%.The average period of survival of SEA group(23.1±2.47d) was longer than that of saline group(18.6±1.50d)(P<0.01),the survival prolongation rate was 24.1%.SEA group was consistent with BCG group in average weight of tumor and average period of survival(P>0.05).Conclusion:Superantigen is highly effective in inhibiting bladder tumor.
