摘要
目的 :探讨母体不同孕期及新生儿血甲状腺激素及促甲状腺激素 (TSH )水平及相关性。方法 :利用放射免疫 (或免疫放射 )方法 ,检测 30 0例母体不同孕期和新生儿血中TT3、TT4 、FT3、FT4 、rT3、TSH水平并分析其相关性。结果 :母体不同孕期血中甲状腺激素和TSH水平基本正常 ,FT3、FT4 水平变化较小。新生儿和母体不同孕期血中FT3、FT4 密切相关。结论 :新生儿与母体不同孕期血甲状腺激素和TSH在正常范围波动 ,对其水平进行检测可了解母体和新生儿碘营养状况。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between thyroid hormones and TSH level in the blood of pregnant women at different periods.Methods:TT 3,TT 4,FT 3,FT 4,rT 3 and TSH in the blood of 300 pregnant women at and their neonates were determined by IRMA and RIA.Results:Little change was found in FT 3 and FT 4 in the sera of pregnant women at different periods,which values were normal.FT 3 and FT 4 of pregnant women at different periods and those of neonates had close correlation.Conclusion:The detection of thyroid hormones and TSH Level,which fluctuates within normal range,may contribute to the diagnosis of iodine deficiency in pregnant women and neonates.
