基于港口国监督数据的船体裂损情况

Hull crack damage situation analysis based on PSC data

摘要 以台湾某四港所施行船舶PSC船舶缺陷代码记录为根据,基于数据挖掘原理,提出一套具有针对性的分析船龄、船型与船体裂损之间的关联分析方案,并据此得出近年PSC工作检查出的船体裂损情况的详细结论报告,可为PSC工作提供客观可靠的建议. Based on the PSC recorded data of four ports in Taiwan and the theory of data mining, a set of association analysis for age, style & cracking, and the detail report for hull cracking sit- uation are proposed, which can provide objective and reliable ad- vice for PSC officers.
