微波萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用测定针叶树类叶片中的多环芳烃 被引量:1

摘要 建立了微波萃取-气质联用的方法测定植物松针的多环芳烃。松针中的多环芳烃经正己烷-二氯甲烷(体积比1:1)溶液微波萃取,提取物采用硅胶柱净化,氮吹浓缩至1mL,加入同位素内标后,用GC-MS进行分析。加标回收率为72.4%-85.6%,相对标准偏差小于10%。方法检出限为0.02-0.06ng·g-1。本方法简便、快速,能够满足环境植物样品中痕量多环芳烃的分析要求。 A method for analysis of PAHs in Pinus pinea leaf samples was developed by microwave assisted extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The PAHs compounds in samples were extracted with the solution of hexane/dichloromethane (1:1),and then the purified by a silica column, concentrated to 1 mL by nitrogen gas.The concentrated solution spiked with isotope internal standard was analyzed by GC-MS.The average recoverie of 16 PAHs was 72.4%-85.6%.The relative standard deviation (RSD) for all the compounds was less than 10%.The detection limit (LOD) of this method varied from 0.02 to 0.06 ng·g^-1.The method is fast and simple.It could be applied in routine analysis for environmental samples
