摘要
在教育国际化的大背景下,我国普通高中教育国际化发展迅速,取得了一系列成就,同时,也面临着国际化与民族化失度、教育目标定位失当、课程设置功利化、教师资源匮乏、管理机制错位、教学质量评价偏颇、挤占教育资源等问题。文章在实地调研的基础上,提出科学处理国际化与民族化的关系、正确定位教育国际化、不断完善师资培养机制、合理设置中外课程的比例、改善质量评价体系、合理制定管理决策等建议,以求整体提高我国高中教育国际化的水平。
In the background of educational internationalization, the internationalization of China' s school education has de- veloped rapidly, and make a series of achievements. At the same time, it also faces some problems: Internationalization and na- tionalization are out of proportion. The educational goals are orientated improper. Too utilitarian to arrange curriculum. Teachers are shortage. Management is dislocation. The quality of teaching is not evaluated accurately. The education resources are occupied. Etc. This report is based on the field research, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the internationalize level of China' s high school education. These suggestions : The science dealing with the relationship between internationalization and nationalization, correct positioning of education internationalization, improving teacher training mechanism, a reasonable set of Chinese and foreign curriculum proportion, improving the quality evaluation system, making reasonable management decision, ect.
