摘要
本文从企业经营者报酬确定的角度出发 ,对企业经营业绩评价的缺陷作了具体的分析 ,即“多评一块”、“少评一块”及本身的不准确 ,指出应当在企业经营业绩评价的基础上进一步研究经营者业绩评价问题。
Starting with the determination of executives' compensation,this paper made a concrete analysis on the drawbacks of managerial achievement evaluation,that is 'one part is superfluous' and 'one part is lacked' Then,this paper pointed out that the further study on the evaluation of executives' achievement should be based on managerial achievement evaluation in enterprises
