氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定5种食药两用植物中的硒 被引量:2

Determination of selenium in five medical and edible plant samples by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 目的建立硝酸-过氧化氢微波消解样品,原子荧光光谱法测定蕨菜、藠头、香椿、苦蒜、茴香中痕量硒的方法。方法用微波辅助消解蕨菜、藠头、香椿、苦蒜、茴香样品,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定硒的含量。结果在优化的操作条件下,硒在0 ng/ml^10.0 ng/ml范围内,线性回归方程I=91.6956C+0.8089,相关系数r=0.9999,检出限为0.011 ng/ml,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于1.5%,回收率为93.3%~102.0%。蕨菜、藠头、香椿、苦蒜、茴香中硒含量分别为78.4μg/g、72.8μg/g、95.1μg/g、69.7μg/g、100.3μg/g。结论该样品处理方法能有效地避免硒的挥发,检出限低、精密度高,是简便、快速、实用的测定食药两用植物中的硒的方法。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace Se in five medical and edible plants by microwave digestion and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The samples were pretreated by microwave diges- tion method, then the contents of Se were determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometric. Results The linear equation was I = 91. 6956C + 0. 8089, with correlation coefficient r = 0. 9999, the detection limit was 0. 011 ng/ml, the relative standard deviation was less than 1.5 % , and the recovery was 93.3 % ~ 102.0 %. The content of Se in Pteridium aq- uilinum was 78.4 μg/g, in Allium Chinese was 72.8 μg/g, in Toona sinensis was 95.1 μg/g , in Allium Macrostemon Bunge was 69.7μg/g, in Foeniculum vulgare Mill was 100.3 μg/g. Conclusion This method was simple, rapid and practical. It is suitable for the determination of selenium in plants with low detection limit and high precision.
