水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的吹扫捕集气相色谱测定法 被引量:7

Determination of chloroform and tetrachloromethane in water by purge and trap gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的吹扫捕集气相色谱测定法。方法采用吹扫捕集浓缩仪毛细柱气相色谱法取代传统的顶空填充柱法及顶空毛细柱气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中微量三氯甲烷和四氯化碳。结果三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的检出限分别为0.10μg/L、0.01μg/L,三氯甲烷相对标准偏差、回收率分别为1.2%~2.4%、90.4%~110%,四氯化碳相对标准偏差、回收率分别为1.50%~2.72%、91.0%~115%。结论吹扫捕集浓缩仪气相色谱法测定水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳,操作简单快捷,且灵敏度高、精密度好、准确度高,符合水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳测定的质控要求。 Objective To establish purge and trap gas chromatography method for the determination of chloroform and tetrachlo- romethane in water. Methods Purge and trap concentrator capillary gas chromatography method was applied to replace the tra- ditional headspace packed column and headspace capillary in determination of trace chloroform and tetrachloromethane in drink- ing water. Results The detection limits were 0.10 μg/L for chloroform and 0.01 μg/L for tetrachloromethane respectively. The RSDs were 1.2% - 2.4% and 1.50% -2.72%, and the recoveries were in range of 90.4% -110% and 91.0% - 115% for chloroform and tetrachloromethane respectively. Conclusion The purge and trap concentrator capillary gas chromatography is easy and rapid to operate. It shows high sensitivity, good precision and high accuracy, conforming to the quality control re- quirements for the determination of chloroform and tetrachloromethane in water.
