摘要
目的比较新银盐法(锌-硫酸系统新银盐分光光度法)与银盐法(二乙氨基二硫代甲酸银分光光度法)对生活饮用水中砷测定的效果。方法采用加标回收试验、精密度试验、干扰试验对两种测定方法效果进行比较。结果新银盐法与银盐法比较,在精密度、准确度、抗干扰方面都更能满足要求,且吸收液毒性较小,对检验人员有较好保护作用。结论新银盐法对饮用水中砷测定效果优于银盐法,且较为安全。
Objective To compare the effect of new silver diethyl - dithiocarbamate method (Zinc sulfate system new silver salt spectrophotometry) and silver diethyl - dithiocarbamate method ( silver diethyl amino formate disulfide generation spectrophoto- metric method) in determining the arsenic content in domestic drinking water. Methods Standard addition recovery test, pre- cision test and confusion test were applied to compare the effects of the aforementioned two methods. Results Compared to sil- ver diethyl - dithiocarbamate method, new silver diethyl - dithiocarbamate method could better meet the requirements of accura- cy, precision and anti - interference, as well as lower toxicity, making it better in protecting inspectors. Conclusion New sil- ver diethyl - dithiocarbamate method has better effects than silver diethyl - dithiocarbamate method in determining the arsenic content in domestic drinking water, and it is more safe.
