摘要
目的利用运算表格计算牙周炎患者的牙周炎性组织表面积(periodontalinflamedsurfacearea,PISA),探讨PISA对牙周炎症的检测价值。方法选取76名牙周炎患者、93名健康人为研究对象,对其进行全口牙周检查,计算PISA及PD用以评价PISA对牙周炎症的检测价值。结果两组间年龄(t=1.230,P=0.220)、性别(X2〈0.001,P=0.988)差异无统计学意义。分别以PISA、PD为检验变量,以是否为牙周炎为状态变量,绘制ROC曲线,PISA、PD的ROC曲线下面积(95%CI)分别为0.959(0.928~0.990)、0.905(0.851~0.958)。结论PISA可以作为检测、衡量牙周炎症负荷的的有效指标,为临床牙周组织炎症的检测和量化提供了新的思路。
Objective To calculate periodontal inflamed surface area(PISA) of periodontitis patients using the operation table, so as to explore the diagnostic value of periodontal inflamed surface area in pdriodontitis. Methods Seventy - six periodontitis patients (case group) and 93 healthy controls (control group) were involved to calculate the PD and PISA to evaluate the exami- nation value of PISA. Results The difference had no statistical significance in age ( t = 1. 230, P = 0.220) and gender (X2 〈 0.001, P = 0. 988) between the two groups. When taking PISA and PD as test variable and periodontitis as state variable, the corresponding AUC (95% CI) of PISA and PD were 0.959 (0. 928 -0.990), 0.905 (0. 851 -0. 958). Conclusion PISA is an effective index for testing and measuring the status of periodontal tissue, providing a new method for the detection and quanti- fication of clinical periodontal inflammation.
