山东省市售预包装食品钠含量调查 被引量:4

摘要 过高的钠盐摄入量已成为国际公认的高血压发病的主要危险因素之一,限制钠的摄入量对于高血压预防和控制至关重要[1-2].随着我国食品工业的快速发展以及居民饮食习惯的改变,预包装食品的消费量不断增加,居民从预包装食品中摄入的钠盐已逐渐成为膳食钠来源的重要部分.为了解市售预包装食品钠含量,笔者通过2011年卫生部与山东省人民政府开展的省部联合减盐防控高血压项目,对山东省市售预包装食品钠含量及标签钠含量标示情况进行了横断面调查,现将结果报告如下.
