老年支气管哮喘30例痰液ECP测定及其应用

目的:探讨老年哮喘患者诱导痰中ECP水平及其与气管炎症的关系。方法:测定发作期老年支气管哮喘患者舒利迭治疗前后诱导痰ECP水平。结果:哮喘老人在急性期痰液中ECP水平显著增高(P<0.05);急性期痰液ECP含量与PEF(%)呈一种负相关趋势;治疗前后痰液中ECP水平的变化幅度较之血清ECP有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:老年支气管哮喘急性期患者痰液ECP水平升高,痰液中ECP的测试为哮喘病的体外监测提供了一种有效手段。

Objective：To investigate the level of induced sputum ECP in elderly patients with asthma bron-chial, and analysis of the relationship between airway inflammation. Methods： We selected moderate and severe eld erly patients with asthma bronchial, using enzyme-linked immunofluorescent assay （ELIFA）detected by sputum ECP concentration. Results： sputum ECP in untreated asthma bronchial patients was significantly higher than that in treated asthma bronchial patients. The result of this study showed a negative correlated between sputum ECP and PEFin untreated asthma bronchial patients. The changes of sputum ECP between untreaded and treaded pa- tients were markedly higher than that of plasma ECP. Conclusion： These results indicated that sputum ECP is high er in asthma bronchial patients without treatment, Determination sputum ECP For asthma in vitro monitoring pro rides an effective means .
