工作场所空气中异丙醇等6种化学物质溶剂解吸气相色谱同时测定法 被引量:3

Simultaneous determination of isopropyl alcohol,ethyl acetate,benzene,toluene,butyl acetate and xylene in air of workplace by solvent desorption gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立工作场所空气中异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯和二甲苯气相色谱同时测定的方法。方法采用活性炭管吸附空气中异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯和二甲苯,二硫化碳解吸后进气相色谱(FID)测定。结果异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯和二甲苯的保留时间分别为1.470、3.074、3.778、4.998、5.477和6.595min,线性范围分别为39.50—790.0、44.55~891.00、8.75-175.00、43.30~866.00、43.78~875.60和43.30~866.00μg/ml,检出限分别为1.8、2.3、0.7、0.9、1.7和0.9μg/ml,最低检出浓度分别为1.2、1.5、0.5、0.6、1.1和0.6mg/m^3(采样体积1.5L计),解吸效率分别为95.46%-96.43%、96.12%~96.80%、96.11%-97.61%、94.83%-97.05%、94.91%~96.98%和95.03%~95.48%。结论该方法适合工作场所空气中异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯和二甲苯气相色谱同时测定。且方法简单、迅速、重珊性好,适合一般实验室应用。 [ Objective ] To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, benzene, tolu-ene, butyl acetate and xylene in the air of workplace by gas chromatography ( GC ). [ Methods ] Isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, butyl acetate and xylene in the air of workplace were collected with charcoal tube. After desorption with carbon disulfide, and the samples were analyzed by GC (FID). [ Results] The retention time of isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, butyl acetate and xylene was respectively 1. 470 rain, 3. 074 min, 3. 778 min, 4. 998 min, 5. 477 rain and 6. 595 min. The linearity range of 6 chemical substances was respectively 39.50-790.0 μg/ml, 44.55-891.00 μg/ml, 8.75-175.00 μg/ml, 43.30-866.00 μg/ml, 43.78-875.60 μg/ml and 43.30-866.00μg/ml. The detection limit was respectivelyl. 8 μg/ml, 2.3 μg/ml, 0.7 μg/ml, 0.9μg/ml, 1.7 txg/ml and 0.9 p.g/ml. The minimum detectable concentration was respectively 1.2 mg/m^3, 1.5 mg/m^3, 0. 5 mg/m^3, 0. 6 mg/m^3, 1.1 mg/m^3 and 0.6 mg/m^3 ( sampling volume of 1.5 L). The desorption efficiency was re-spectively 95. 46%-96. 43%, 96. 12%-96. 80%, 96. 11%-97. 61%, 94. 83%-97. 05%, 94. 91%-96. 98% and 95.03%-95.48%. [ Conclusion] The method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, butyl acetate and xylene in the air of workplace by GC. This method is simple, rapid and reproducible, which is convenient for application in laboratory.
