2012年滨海新区(塘沽)托幼机构消毒质量监测分析

Monitoring and analysis on disinfection quality in kindergartens and nurseries of Binhai New Area(Tanggu District) of Tianjin in 2012

目的了解塘沽托幼机构消毒质量,加强幼儿园管理,促进幼儿园消毒工作的有效开展,确保托幼儿童的身心健康,为托幼机构传染病的防控提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测的方法,依据天津市《托儿所幼儿园消毒卫生规范》(DB 12/T 447-2011)和卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)的规定要求,对塘沽辖区内20所托幼机构消毒效果进行监测,监测频次为1次/学期。结果 2012年共监测托幼机构20所,检测各类样品320份,合格232份,合格率为72.50%;其中空气样本合格率30.00%,物体表面合格率77.50%,教职人员手合格率82.50%,餐饮具合格率100.00%。公立与私立托幼机构相比较,总体消毒合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.057,P<0.05)。讨论塘沽托幼机构卫生状况和消毒情况较好,但仍需加大对托幼机构的监管力度,特别是私立托幼机构,强化有关消毒知识的培训,切实抓好日常消毒工作的技术指导,保证儿童的身心健康。

[ Objective] To understand the disinfection quality of kindergartens and nurseries in Tanggu District, strengthen the su-pervision, improve the effective implementation of disinfection work in kindergartens, ensure the childreng heahh, and provide sci-entific basis for prevention and control of infectious diseases in kindergartens and nurseries. [ Methods ] By using field survey, sam-piing and detection, according to the requirement of the Hygienic standard for disinfection in kindergartens and nurseries （ DB 12/T 447-2011 ） published by Tianjin City and the Technical standard for disinfection （2002 edition） published by the Minis-try of Health, the disinfection effect of twenty kindergartens and nurseries in Tanggu District was monitored, and the monitoring was conducted each semester. [Results] Twenty kindergartens were monitored, 232 of 320 samples were qualified, and the qualified rate was 72.50%. The qualified rate of air samples, object surface, hands of staff and tableware was 30.00%, 77.50%, 82.50% and 100.00%, respectively. There was significant difference in overall qualified rate of disinfection between public kindergartens and private kindergartens （ X^2 = 5. 057 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] The sanitary conditions and disinfection quality in kindergartens and nurseries of Tanggu District are good. However, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and inspection in kindergartens, especially private kindergartens, improve the training of knowledge about disinfection, and implement the technical guidance in dai- ly disinfection work, to ensure the healthy growth of the children.
