摘要 本文对阻抗匹配实验中的误差进行了解析的讨论,并以铝-铜阻抗匹配实验为例作了数值计算。最后,对阻抗匹配实验的设计提出了相应的建议。 In this paper, errors in impedance-match experiments are discussed analyti -cally. Numerical evaluations are carried out taking AI-Cu impedance-match as an example. According to our analysis, a few proposals in the design of impedace-match experiments are presented.
