摘要
针对Morgan公式中计算钢芯铝绞线磁滞和涡流损耗时,电流在导体中均匀分布的假设进行了改进,引入导体电流集肤效应的分布公式,设计了涡流和磁滞损耗试验方法,测量了抽取钢芯后的间隙型钢芯铝合金绞线的交直流电阻,与未抽钢芯时绞线的交直流电阻进行了对比,得到绞线的磁滞和涡流损耗,对计算方法进行了验证。结果表明,本算法在计算磁滞和涡流损耗时优于Morgan公式和JCS 0374算法。
In this paper,calculation method of current distribution in Aluminum Cable Steel Reinforced (ACSR) affected by skin effect has been introduced to Morgan formula about the calculation of resistance increment caused by hysteresis and eddy current effect.And experiment which measures the AC and DC resistance of ACSR without steel core and ACSR with steel core has been designed to verify the calculation method.Besides,the comparative analysis has been made between the method,Morgan formula and JCS 0374 method.
