怡康菊茶HPLC指纹图谱研究

HPLC Fingerprint of Yikangju Tea

目的:采用HPLC建立指纹图谱测定方法,确保怡康菊茶的质量稳定性。方法:采用Diamomil C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.05%磷酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长280nm。结果:建立了怡康菊茶的HPLC对照指纹图谱,标示成品中的29个共有峰,并指认了原儿茶酸、绿原酸、金丝桃苷、五味子醇甲和五味子醇乙5种活性成分。结论:该方法简单,准确可靠,重复性好,可作为怡康菊茶质量控制的一种有效方法。

Objective：To establish a fingerprint analytical method by HPLC for ensuring the quality of Yikangju tea. Methods：Chromatographic conditions of HPLC were as follows： Diamomil C18 column with temperature at 30°C ;methanol and 0.05% H3PO4 aqueous solution （gradient elution）as a mobile phase; deterction wave- length at 280nm;flowing rate being 1.0 mL/min. Results： The reference HPLC -fingerprint of Yikangju tea was set up. Twenty - nine peaks were indicated on the HPLC - fingerprint of Yikangju tea. The main active components in Yikangju tea were determined, including caffeotannic acid, protocatechuic acid, hyperin, schisandrin and Wuweizi alcohol B. Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can efficiently control the quality of Yikangiu tea.
