壮骨冲剂对去卵巢大鼠骨密度、骨钙素的影响

Effects of Zhuanggu Powder on Bone Density and Serum Osteocalcin in Ovariectomized Rats

目的:探讨壮骨冲剂对去卵巢大鼠骨密度、骨代谢指标的影响,为预防、治疗绝经后骨质疏松症提供实验依据。方法:将40只6月龄SD雌性大鼠采用假手术和摘除卵巢手术建立骨质疏松模型,按一定剂量给用药组灌服壮骨冲剂,西药组灌服尼尔雌醇,假手术组、模型组灌服等量生理盐水。3个月后处死大鼠,眼球取血,测定血清骨钙素水平。同时取大鼠双侧股骨用于测定BMD。结果:壮骨冲剂可减缓大鼠摘除卵巢后骨量的丢失,使去卵巢大鼠血清骨钙素(BGP)水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:壮骨冲剂通过对钙调激素分泌释放的调节,使骨量的丢失减少,对绝经后的骨质疏松起到防治的作用。

Objective： The effects of Zhuanggu powder on bone density and bone metabohsm m ovanectomlzeu rats were evaluated for providing experimental basis to the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteopo- rosis. Methods ： 40 six - month - old SD female rats that were shamed operation and removed ovary surgery set up osteoporosis model. According to a certain dosage of drug irrigated Zhuanggu powder to ovariectomized group, Nilestriol to western medicine group, amount of saline to sham operation group and model group. After three months to be put to death of all the rats and eyeball blood was gained to measure the serum osteocalcin. At the same time, bilateral femur of rats was used to measure the BMD. Results ： Firstly, this study successful- ly established a high conversion type osteoporosis model in rats. Secondly, Zhuanggu powder could slow downthe ovariectomized rats the loss of bone mass and could （BGP） levels（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Zhuanggu powder regulation factors can reduce the loss of bone mass, which enopausal osteoporosis. improve the ovariectomized rats serum osteoealcin by adjustment the secretion and release of calcium has an effect on prevention and treatment of postm-enopausal osteoporosis.
