滋膵蠲痹方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变初探

Preliminary Study of Zicui Juanbi Decoction on the Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察滋膵蠲痹方对糖尿病气阴两虚瘀血阻络型周围神经病变患者的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的70例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组35例给予滋膵蠲痹方进行治疗;对照组35例给予甲钴胺片进行治疗,疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后两组患者临床症状、多伦多临床评分、血糖、血脂及足背动脉流速的变化。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为80%、57.14%(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组和对照组多伦多临床评分比较,差异显著(P<0.05);足背动脉流速比较,差异极显著(P<0.01);治疗组在胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、餐后2h血糖方面的疗效均优于对照组。结论:滋膵蠲痹方能有效改善DPN患者临床症状、TCSS、血脂及足背动脉流速,并有一定的降糖作用,值得进一步研究。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Zicui Juanbi decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency and blood resistance. Methods ： A total of 70 cases of diabetic pe- ripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups. 35 cases in the treatment group were trea- ted with Zicui Juanbi decoction, and 35 cases in the control group were treated with Mecobalamin, four weeks for each course. Symptoms, TCSS, blood glucose, blood lipid, dorsalis pedis artery flow velocity were ob- served. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group patients was 80% ,while the effective rate in the con- trol group was 57.14% （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the TCSS in the treatment group and control group after treatment were [ （7.23 _＋ 3.23 ） vs （8.91 _＋ 3.08 ） ] （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; dorsalis pedis artery flow velocity of treatment group and control group after treatment were [ （ 0.68 -＋ 0. 15 ） m/s vs （ 0.59 -＋ 0.14 ） m/s ] （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the effects of TC ,TG, LDL- c, HDL- c, PG2h in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group. Conclusion ：Zieui Juanbi decoction can improve the symptom, TCSS, blood lipid and dorsalis pedis artery flow velocity of DPN significantly, and it has a hypoglycemic effect, which is worthy of further study
