振动成型级配碎石力学性能研究

摘要 从室内试验和现场检测两方面,就振动成型级配碎石基层的强度和模量进行研究,并对试验路进行了跟踪观测。研究发现,振动成型级配碎石的CBR值较重型击实有大幅提高,回弹模量高于相同应力状态下重型击实试件。采用振动成型级配碎石铺筑的基层现场CBR试验结果与同等压实度条件下室内CBR值吻合较好。这充分说明了振动成型级配碎石基层优良的力学性能和路用品质。 From laboratory test and field test, conduct research on the strength and modulus of vibration molding graded gravel base, and tracking observations of the test road. The study found that the CBR value of vibration molding graded gravel is greatly increased than heavy blow, modulus of resilience is higher than the heavy compaction test under the same stress state. The CBR test results at the scene of paving of the vibration molding graded gravel can accord well with indoor CBR value under the condition of degree of compaction. This fully shows the excellent mechanical properties and road quality of vibration molding gra- ded gravel base.
