摘要
听觉康复是听障儿童康复的重要组成部分。听觉能力分为听觉察知、听觉分辨、听觉识别、听觉理解4个阶段。听觉察知能力是判断声音有无的能力,其评估包括无意察知和有意察知两部分。本文主要从评估目的与对象、评估内容及工具、评估流程等方面介绍听觉察知能力评估的原理与方法,并举例说明。
Auditory rehabilitation is an important part of the rehabilitation for hearing-impaired children. The four levels of auditory skill development are perception, discrimination, recognition and comprehension. Auditory perception refers to the ability to judge if there is a sound or not. It is the most fundamental skill in auditory processing and a qualitative leap in the auditory development. The assessment of auditory perception ability includes involuntary detection and voluntary perception. This article discusses the theories and methods of the assessment for auditory perception from the following aspects: purpose, objects, contents, tools and procedure.
