基于社会资本理论视角下的社会管理创新路径探析

社会管理中的社会资本作为一种具有生产性的社会结构性资源,对于社会管理的完善与创新有着重要的作用。社会资本的存量能体现各种社会管理主体合作和利益整合的程度。本文通过分析我国社会管理中的社会资本的缺失现状,并对其成因进行了分析,进而提出社会管理创新的社会资本路径。作为一种无形的资源,社会资本渗透于社会管理的方方面面,因此,考察社会管理的社会资本路径是具有深远意义的。

The social capital of administrative management is a productive and social structural re- source. It plays an important role for the improvement and innovation of administrative management. The quantity of social capital reflects the degree of adminis- trative managers＇ cooperation and their interest integration. This paper tries to analyze the situation and reasons of social capital deficiency. Then, the author tries to formulate the path of administrative management from the perspective of social capital. As an invisible resource, social capital exists everywhere in administrative management. So the study about the path mentioned above could be far-reaching.
