提升浙江民营企业跨国经营能力研究——以知识学习为分析视角 被引量:1

摘要 改革开放30年来,浙江民营企业不断发展壮大,逐渐成为浙江"走出去"开拓市场、寻求国际商机的重要力量。但是当前浙江民企的跨国经营活动仍处于初级阶段,相比国际大型跨国组织,其跨国经营能力仍显不足。本文从知识学习的角度着手,指出知识对跨国经营能力提升的重要性,分析了在跨国经营活动中获得国际化知识的内外部途径。论述了企业如何通过内外部的知识学习,获得知识,并构建了企业通过知识学习与集成提升企业跨国经营能力理论模型。 Since the economics reform, Zhejiang private enterprises have developed greatly in international business. While, the current transnational management of Zhejiang private enterprises is still in the primary stage. Compared with the mutual multinational corporations, they evidently lack the knowledge and skills of transnational management. From the organizational learning aspect, the paper points out that learning is crucial to improving transnational management.And then the paper raise a knowledge model which shows the path of improving firms' transnational management.
