随着我国物流业的快速发展和人力资源管理的重要作用,针对物流行业人力资源管理的研究也相应增加。对近年国内物流行业人力资源管理的研究从宏观层面和微观层面进行了归纳和总结,分析了研究重点及成因,并针对研究现状提出了未来的研究趋势。

The research of human resource management for the logistics industry developed accordingly with the rapid development of China＇s logistics industry and the important role of human resource management. This article summarized on the domestic logistics industry on human resource management not only from a macro level but also from a micro level of the recent years, analyzed the research priorities and causes, and also for the research status quo of the future research trends.
