摘要
针对目前部分高校图书馆读者意见收集渠道较为单一的现状,阐述了读者意见对图书馆工作的重要性,分析了各种收集渠道的利弊和多渠道收集读者意见的作用,提出了收集渠道多样化的具体做法。
In the light of the present situation of that the collection channels of readers 'complaints in university library is single, this paper expounds the importance of readers' complaints on library work, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various collection channels and the functions of multi-channel collection of readers' complaints, and puts forward some concrete measures for the diversification of the collection channels of readers' complaints.
