摘要
内部营销理论强调将员工当作内部顾客,将工作当作要销售给员工的"产品"。基于内部营销的相关理论,探讨了图书馆员工培训工作中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
Internal marketing theory stresses that staff should be regarded as internal customer, and job is the product provided by the library to the staff. Based on the theory of internal marketing, this paper probes into the problems existing in library' s staff training, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
