Study on Reference Service Development in Basic-level Library——A Case Study on Kunshan Library

以昆山市图书馆为例,剖析了基层图书馆参考咨询服务的现状及面临的问题,指出基层图书馆应立足自身定位,通过建立特色服务优势、发掘潜在用户、加入参考咨询联盟等方式发展参考咨询业务。

Taking Kunshan Library as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of and problems existing in basic-level library＇s reference service, and points out that the basic-level library should be based on its own positioning, and develop the reference service through establishing the advantage of featured services, discovering potential users, and joining the alliance of reference service, etc.
