Starting from the personalized needs of library＇s reading users for information resources in cloud environment, this paper probes into the development situation of library＇ s reading service and the new features and new environment in cloud environment, and analyzes and studies the development trends of library＇s reading service in the future, hoping to make some contributions to the related theoretical and practical researches.
