高新区创新环境与产业集聚作用的理论探讨

Theoretical Discussion on Innovation Environment and Industrial Clustering Effect of High-tech Zone

高新区具有凭借其自身的比较优势将社会各类资源集聚在一起协同发挥作用的功能。从宏观环境、政策环境、金融环境、市场环境、生活环境和管理机制等6个方面对高新区产业集聚功能的影响因素进行了定性分析,从纵向集聚和横向集聚两方面对高新区产业集聚功能的影响因素进行了定量分析,总结了高新区创新环境对产业集聚的影响。

High-tech zone plays the role of clustering various resources of the society to work together relying on its comparative advantages. This paper makes the qualitative analysis on the influencing factors of high-tech zone＇ s industrial clustering function from six aspects of macro-environment, policy environment, finance environment, market environment, living environment and management mechanism, and makes the quantitive analysis on high-tech zone＇s industrial clustering function from two aspects of vertical cluster and horizontal cluster, and sums up the influence of high-tech zone＇ s innovation environmnent on industrial clustering.
