摘要
燕山石化在国内首次实现了乙烯装置的全流程、全过程的实时优化。从实施内容、实施特点、实施成果以及实施所取得的经济效益和技术及管理效益几方面对燕山乙烯装置全流程闭环实时优化技术的应用情况进行了介绍。并对该实时优化技术的应用前景进行了展望。
SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company realized realtime optimization of the whole process flow of ethylene plant for the first time in China. This article introduces the closed-loop real-time optimization technology for the whole process flow of the ethylene plant in Yanshan from aspects of the content,features and effect of the implementation as well as the economic benefits and the technology and management benefits,and discusses the application prospect of the RTO technology.
