摘要
天津乙烯装置规模小、高附能耗相对较高,与同行业其它大规模乙烯装置相比,乙烯综合运行水平仍然有一定的差距。天津乙烯从源头抓效益、中间环节降成本两方面入手,通过近几年的技术改造、运行优化和降本增效工作的开展,提高了装置产能,高附能耗不断降低,各项经济技术指标也得到大幅提升,这说明天津乙烯装置在稳定和优化运行方面取得了良好成果。
With small capacity and high energy consumption, the ethylene plant at SINOPEC Tianjin Company was behind large-scale ethylene plants in comprehensive operation level. Through technical modification,operation optimization,cost reduction and efficiency increase in recent years,its capacity was improved,energy consumption was continuously reduced,and technical and economic indexes were improved significantly, showing that good effect has been achieved in the stable and optimized operation of the ethylene plant in Tianjin.
