摘要
研制了一种新型宽带电磁干扰电源滤波器。该滤波器在9kHz~40GHz频带内共模插入损耗大于85dB,不仅可用于电磁敏感设备的防护,而且可满足高性能电磁屏蔽室的应用需求。针对目前电源滤波器插入损耗测试存在的缺陷,详细描述了分别采用矢量网络分析仪和频谱分析仪对其性能进行测试的屏蔽测试方法。测量结果表明:利用屏蔽室进行电源滤波器性能测试的方法是科学、可行的;研制的电源滤波器能够很好地满足对核电磁脉冲和高功率微波的防护要求。
A new kind of electromagnetic interference (EMI) power filter has been developed with wide band. With greater than 85 dB common mode insertion loss (IL) in 9 kHz to 40 GHz band,it can not only be used for the pro-tection of electromagnetic sensitive equipment, but also meet the application needs of high performance shielding enclosure. For some disadvantages of present insertion loss testing of power filters, another performance testing method with shielding technology is described detailedly by separately using vector net analyzer and spectrum analy- zer. From the results it can be found that the method is scientific and feasible by using shielding room to test the performance of power filters, and this filter can meet the protective requirement of NEMP and HPM very well.
