摘要 氢氟烷烃气相催化法脱HF是最有前途的制备氢氟烯烃的方法之一,具有工序简单和经济高效等优点,开发高活性和良好抗积碳的催化剂是该技术的关键。综述了主要几种气相脱HF催化剂的研究进展,包括铝基、铬基和活性碳催化剂,并提出了该催化研究领域存在的主要问题及发展方向。 Synthesis of hydrofluoroolefins by vapor phase catalytic dehydrofluorination of hydrofluoroalkanes is one of the most promising ways, and the process is simple and cost - effective. Developing the catalysts with high activity and good coking resistance is the key of this technology. In this paper, research advance on several main vapor phase dehydrofluorination catalysts including aluminum - based catalysts, chromium - based catalysts and ac- tivated carbon catalysts has been reviewed, and the major exisiting problem and research direction in the field of ca- talysis are outlined.
