摘要
钢轨波磨的产生机理复杂、治理困难,是引起列车运行时产生啸叫、轮轨在固有频率范围内产生接触共振的主要原因,带来轨道及车辆部件过快伤损,环境振动与噪声超标等问题。而针对钢轨波磨的准确测量及评价,是研究钢轨波磨问题的基础,也是制定合理的钢轨波磨维修养护策略的重要前提。通过对国际上有关钢轨波磨的测量及评价标准进行论述,对标准中的各种规定及指标进行比较分析,为制定适用于我国城市轨道交通的钢轨波磨及评价指标提供参考。
Rail corrugation has been a significant problem for the railway industry worldwide for more than one hundred years.Rail corrugation increases the noise levels and wheel/rail interaction vibrations,which causes damage to some components of the track structure and vehicles.Currently the most effective method for controlling corrugation is to grind the rail.As frequent grinding is much expensive,the grinding time interval should be fixed according to the accurate measurement and assessment criteria.In order to support formulating the rail corrugation measurement specifications and assessment criteria for Beijing metro,Euro standards BS EN ISO 3095:2005,BS EN 13231-3:2006 and BS EN 13231-3:2006 were referred to by the authors.
