摘要
目的 探讨局部应用汉防己甲素对人工晶状体前膜形成的影响。方法 日本大耳白兔 2 1只 ,随机分为空白对照组、地塞米松组和汉防己甲素组。于外伤性白内障 3天后行白内障囊外摘出及后房型人工晶状体植入术。术后第 3、7、14、2 8天行人工晶状体前膜检查。结果 汉防己甲素组及地塞米松组人工晶状体前膜明显轻于空白对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而汉防己甲素与地塞米松组相比差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。
To study the effect of tetrandrine to the anterior membrane formation on intraocular lens (IOLs) after traumatic cataract extraction and posterior chamber IOLs implantation. Methods 21 healthy rabbits (42 eyes) were randomly divided into control group, dexamethasone group and tetrandrine group. Traumatic cataract extracion and posterior chamber IOLs implantation were performed on the traumatic cataract 3rd day in the rabbits. The anterior membranes on IOLs were observed on the postoperative 3rd, 7th, 14th, 28th, day.Results Tetrandrine group and dexamethasone group are lighter than control group( P <0 01) and tetrandrine group is similar to dexamethasone group ( P >0 05) in the anterior membrane formation on IOLs.Conclusion Tetrandring injected subconjunctivly can safely and effectively inhibit the anterior membrane formations on IOLs.
