治疗性角膜移植术临床分析

Clinical analysis of therapeutic keratoplasty

目的 观察角膜移植治疗角膜病的效果及术后并发症。方法 对 85眼角膜病施行穿透角膜移植 6 0眼 ,穿透角膜移植联合白内障囊外摘出 5眼和联合人工晶状体植入术 2眼 ,板层角膜移植 17眼 ,眼前段重建术 1眼。对术后并发症进行分析。结果 85眼中视力 <0 0 5者 2 0眼 (2 3 5 % ) ,≥ 0 0 5者 6 5眼 (76 5 % )。并发症中排斥反应 15眼 (17 6 % ) ,虹膜前粘连 11眼 (12 9% ) ,继发青光眼 3眼 (3 5 % ) ,术中损伤晶状体 1眼 (1 2 % )。

To observe the effect and complications of therapeutic keratoplasty for keratonosus. Methods Penetrating keratoplasty was performed in 60 eyes,combined penetrating keratoplasty and cataract extraction in 5 eyes,combined intraocular lens implantation in 2 eyes,lamellar keratoplasty in 17 eyes and reconstruction for the anterior segment of eyeball in 1 eye among 85 eyes of keratonosus.The analysis of complications after the operation were performed.Results The vision in 20 eyes (23.5%) was lower than 0.05 and in 65 eyes(76.5%) 0.05 or better.The complications were graft rejection in 15 eyes (17.6%),anterior synechia in 11 eyes (12.9%),secondary glaucoma in 3 eyes (3.5%) ,lens injury durying operation in 1 eye (1 2%). Conclusions The results showed that keratoplasty for keratonosus was effective.
