硅凝胶软性人工晶状体植入兔眼并发症的观察分析

摘要 目的 动态观察兔眼植入硅凝胶软性人工晶状体术后 180天的变化 ,为今后研究作参考。方法  10只大耳白兔(2 0只眼 )分为对照组和实验组。进行超声乳化小切口硅凝胶软性人工晶状体植入术 ,于术后第 7、15、30、6 0、90、180天使用裂隙灯显微镜观察变化。结果 兔眼术后炎症反应较重 ,术后第 30天前房渗出吸收 ,对照组较实验组前房渗出轻。后囊浑浊于术后第 15天形成 ,实验组较对照组后囊浑浊形成早并且严重。植入人工晶状体的 14眼中 ,有 7眼发生人工晶状体移位 ,2眼发生前房积血。结论 手术刺激是导致人工晶状体术后炎症反应、后囊浑浊形成的一个重要因素 ,而且不同的种属、不同的个体 。 To observe the changes of silicone intraocluar lenes implanted into rabbits' eyes for 180 days as a reference in the further study. Methods 10 rabbits (20 eyes) underwent phacoemulsification in control group and phacoemulsification with implantation of silicone intraocular lenses in experimental group. All eyes were examined by slitilamp microscope at postoperative 7, 15, 60, 90, 180 days. Results The inflammatory response was severe in rabbits' eyes postoperatively.Anterior chamber exudation was absorbed at 30 day. The anterior chamber exudation in control group was lighter than that in experimental group. Posterior capsule opacification occurred at 15 day. Posterior capsule opacification in experimental group was more obvious than that in control group. 14 eyes implanted intraocular lenses occurred dislocation in 7 eyes and hyphema in 2 eyes. Conclusion The surgical trauma played an important factor in inflammatory response and posterior capsule opacification. Furthermore,these postoperative reactions were difference between different kinds of species different individuals.
