摘要
目的探讨护士长时间管理倾向与工作压力现状及其关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、时间管理倾向量表和工作压力量表,对成都市8所三级甲等综合医院388名护士长进行问卷调查。结果护士长时间管理倾向处于高水平,工作压力较大;低时间管理倾向组的工作压力得分高于高时间管理倾向者(P<0.01);时间监控观、时间效能感对工作压力有显著的预测作用(P<0.01)。结论时间管理倾向作为一种较具体的、外在的心理行为管理变量对护士长内在的工作压力产生明显的影响。提示通过加强时间管理培训,提高护士长时间管理倾向水平,可以在一定程度上缓解护士长的工作压力,促进心理健康。
Objective To explore the status of time management disposition and work stress and the relationship among head nurses. Methods Totally, 388 head nurses in 3 A - level hospitals in Chengdu were investigated with general information questionnaire,Time Management Disposition Scale and Work Stress Scale. Results Time management disposition of head nurses was at a higher level and they had big work stress. The score of job stress of the low time manage- ment disposition group was higher than high time management disposition group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Time monitoring view and time efficacy feeling were significant pre- dictable effects towards work stress ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion As a more specific, external psychological behavior variable, time management disposition had sig- nificant influences on inner work stress feeling of head nurses. It is indicated that managers can induce work stress and promote mental health of head nurses to a certain extent through strengthening time management training.
