多磺酸粘多糖乳膏外用与湿热敷法预防肿瘤患者PICC置管后静脉炎的效果比较

Effect comparison of hirudoid cream and wet- hot compress on preventing phlebitis after PICC catheterization in cancer patients

目的探讨多磺酸粘多糖乳膏外用与湿热敷法两种干预措施对肿瘤患者PICC置管后静脉炎的效果。方法选取首次进行PICC置管的患者396例,分为多磺酸粘多糖乳膏外用组196例和湿热敷组200例,给予两组患者相同的健康教育,比较两组患者静脉炎的发生率以及静脉炎的严重程度。结果两组患者静脉炎发生率及严重程度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多磺酸粘多糖乳膏外用与湿热敷法均可用于预防肿瘤患者PICC置管后静脉炎,临床中可根据患者经济状况及舒适需求自主选择。

Objective To explore the effect of hirudoid cream and wet - hot compress on preventing phlebitis after PICC catheterization in cancer patients. Methods Totally,396 patients with PICC were recruited and divided into the wet - hot compress group （200 cases） and the hirudoid cream group（ 196 cases）. The patients of two groups were recevied the same health education. The incidence and the severity of phlebitis of the two groups were compared. Result There was no statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The methods of hirudoid cream and wet - hot compress can both be used to pre- vent phlebitis after PICC in cancer patients. Nurses can choose prevention method according to patients＂ economic status and comfort demand in clinical setting.
