爆裂性眶骨骨折临床分析

Clinical analysis of blowout fracture of the orbit.

目的 分析不同程度爆裂性眶骨骨折的临床特征、诊断及治疗。方法 回顾性分析 3年间 6 1例爆裂性骨折的临床特征及影像检查 ,并将骨折分为轻、中、重 3度。分析和比较不同程度骨折的治疗方法的不同之处。结果 爆裂性骨折发生率以轻度最高 (83 6 % )。轻度及部分中度骨折可保守治疗 ,部分中度及重度骨折需手术治疗。结论 爆裂性眶骨骨折病例逐年增加 ,中、重度骨折多可得到及时诊治 ,而轻度骨折易被忽视 。

To analyze clinical characteristic and dignosis and treatment of blowout fracture of the orbit. Methods Clinical characteristic and examination of photography of 61 cases of blowout fracture in 3 years were analyzed retrospectively. The blowout fracture was classified into three grades. They were the mild and moderate and severe fracture. The difference in treatment of different grade of fracture was study.Results The percentage of mild fracture was the most (83 6%). The cases of all of mild fractures and some moderate fractures can be treated by conservative therapy. Some moderate fractures and all of severe fractures must be treated by surgery.Conclusion The incidence of blowout fracture of the orbit are growing year by year. Cases of moderate and severe fractrue could be treated in time, but it is possible that some blowout fractures are neglected. It must be paidmore attention.
