鼠神经生长因子联合综合康复治疗早期干预婴儿听力损伤疗效观察 被引量:3

Effects of mouse nerve growth factor and comprehensive rehabilitation in early intervention of children with hearing impairment

摘要 目的 探讨鼠神经生长因子联合综合康复治疗早期干预婴儿听力损伤的疗效。方法 将68例入选患儿随机分为2组,治疗组(n=34)和对照组(n=34);治疗组患儿予鼠神经生长因子和综合康复治疗,对照组只予综合康复治疗;治疗前和治疗结束后2组患儿均进行多频稳态诱发电位检查,了解听力情况,比较2组间疗效的总有效率和治疗组中不同程度听力损伤的有效率。结果 治疗组总有效率为91.2%,对照组为75.5%,2组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组中轻中度听力损伤与重度之间疗效有显著差异性,且6月以内患儿的有效率高于6月~1岁患儿。结论 鼠神经生长因子联合综合康复治疗是治疗婴儿听神经损伤的有效方法;其治疗轻度及中度听力损伤疗效明显优于重度听力损伤者;早期干预治疗6月以内的婴儿的疗效明显优于6月~1岁婴儿。 Objective To explore the effects of mouse nerve growth factor and comprehensive rehabilitation in early inter- vention of children with hearing impairment, Methods We selected 68 children according to criterion and randomly divided them into 2 groups: 34 in the control group treated only with comprehensive rehabilitation and 34 in the treatment group treated additionally with mouse nerve growth factor treatment. Multiple auditory steady state evoked responses and the to- tal effective rate between 2 groups was compared after 3 courses. The total effective rate was compared in the observation group with different degrees of hearing impairment. Results The effective rate was significant before and after treatment in the 2 groups (P 〈 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.2%, significantly higher than that of the control group (75.5%) (P 〈 0.05). The effective rate of the treatment group with different degrees hearing impairment was significantly different (P 〈 0.05), and the effective rate of less than 6 month old babies was significantly higer than that of 6 month to 1 year old (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Combining therapy holds a significantly superior therapeutic effect on the chil- dren with hearing impairment. Curative effects of the slight and mild hearing impairment arc obviously better than that of the serious, and curative effects of less than 6 month arc obviously better than that of 6 months old to 1 year old.
